SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
All products are produced and dispatched via our print-on-demand partner Gelato.
Production starts immediately after your order - there are no stock items, but fresh prints, on demand.
Shipping takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Depending on the destination, delivery can take a total of 7-21 working days.
All orders are dispatched with tracking.
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Please note: We accept no liability for delayed, lost or stolen shipments or delays in delivery on the part of the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL).
RETURNS:
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
Just write to us at info@bite-studio.de before you send anything back. We will then coordinate the process with you.
Returns are only possible if:
- the product is unused
- is in the original packaging
- and shows no signs of use
Please note: As each product is produced individually to order, we only accept returns once per order.
Returns that do not comply with the guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the return - by PayPal or bank transfer.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Important: You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend that you insure your return and keep proof of dispatch.
